What to include
To help us answer quickly, it's useful to tell us which app you're using (for example CloudScript.io Mermaid), what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A screenshot or the diagram code often helps.
Response times
We're a small team and answer every message ourselves. We aim to reply within a couple of business days; complex issues may take a little longer to investigate.
Privacy
Support is handled entirely by email — we don't use a third-party help-desk or a web form, and we use the details in your email only to respond to your request. The only measurement on this page is our cookie-free page counter, described in our Trust Center along with how to opt out. See the Trust Center too for the privacy policy that applies to the app you're using.
